We do not accept returns after the 15 day period, so contact us as soon as possible and you will receive a full refund!

Simply fill out our contact form or send us an email at info@animalisbio.it with your order number. Once we receive and verify the product, we will refund the amount paid! (Refunds can take up to 15 days to be processed, depending on the credit institution).
The returned product must be intact and sealed.

The shipping of the item to be returned and the related costs are the responsibility of the customer.
WHAT IF THE ITEMS I RECEIVE ARE DEFECTIVE / WRONG / DAMAGED?
If you have received faulty, incorrect and/or damaged goods, please contact us within 3 days of receiving your order. Please remember to include your order number, photos of the items and all references to when you received your package and, in accordance with our money back guarantee, we will do our best to resolve the issue as soon as possible!
